Couples sessions are provided to help strengthen the communication process between spouses. Clients are taught how to "Check In" with their spouses on a regular basis in the four main areas that are focused on in treatment. Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, and Sexual.
Group therapy sessions with a trained therapist is a powerful part of lasting recovery from pornography/sexual addiction. One of the main core faulty beliefs that most addicts share in common is the belief that if others really knew the truth about them they would be rejected. Group therapy in a confidential setting helps dispel this myth.
